According to media reports, Vietnam issues social distancing order on national scale for 15 days from April 1.Any gathering

more than two members is forbidden.

6.Countermeasures:

(1)It has been verified that this measure does not include schools, hospitals and workplaces. And it shall not be  affected on the production operations and attendance of staffs of our subsidiaries in Vietnam.

(2)We will keep following the local situation. The health and safety of employees are our primary concern. In order to ensure the health of employees, we have also taken various epidemic prevention measures, and cooperated with the policy of local government.
